About the Gateway Tour
The Gateway tour is a concise informational tour showcasing our studios, store, and gallery. The tour is an opportunity for school groups, Brookline/Boston community members, donors, and collectors to see our facilities, view works in progress and current exhibitions, and learn more about our talented artists and their work.
Tours are typically 30-45 minutes in length and given by a staff member, and a Gateway artist if possible.
To Reserve a Gateway Tour
One month’s notice is required.
Tours are offered on Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 10:30-11:30 AM and 1:00-2:00 PM.
To request a tour, please email Kathleen Driscoll at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Contact Name and Information (Please include email, phone number, and company, if applicable)
- Number of Adults and Children (Total number of people may not exceed 15. Please include students’ grade or age group, if applicable)
- Purpose of Tour
- Preferred Dates and Times
We are not able to accommodate lunch onsite.
Please note: Tours are available at staff discretion. Dates and times depend on our availability and schedule. You will receive an email to confirm if your tour request has been accepted.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour. Additionally, if your group is running late please call us at (617) 734-1577 to let us know. If your group is running more than 20 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule for a different date.
We do not accept requests for tours from organizations seeking to learn more about our business model or operations. However, anyone is welcome to learn more about our organization utilizing information found on our website.
