“I believe that creativity has been stifled by unrealistic expectations, and that given the circumstances, that’s understandable to me. Working at Gateway means there is a place where it’s safe for me to try, and that I can take that place with me when I go. I didn’t come to this belief by myself, but I came to it through identifying with those around me. “
